Pyramid utilizes a proprietary project methodology supported by a team of project professionals who work with clients to ensure a successful implementation. Our “agile” methodology stresses the need for configuring prototypes early in the project to verify requirements and provide customers with a preview of the final solution. Through the use of our methodology and software products, we have been able to dramatically reduce the time-frame required to deliver robust solutions; completing in only a few months what used to take 12-18 months.

The professional services team is lead by a Project Manager who acts as the point of contact during the requirements, design, configuration, development and testing phases. The Project Manager Responsible for all aspects of the project, including task management, resource allocation, schedule, budget and change management. The team also includes Consultants responsible for requirements gathering, a Technical Lead/Solution Architect responsible for the design of the solution and System Engineers who perform the majority of the test planning, configuration, documentation, testing and implementation of the solution.
